There are two ways to create a Film Review:
- From the Asset List
- From a Calendar Event.
1) From the Asset List - Create Film Review
Film Reviews created from this route are not assigned to a specific date and do not appear on the calendar.
- Choose Manage (top menu)
- Choose Assets
- Select Create New Asset
Next,
- Change Type to Film Review
- Add a name and description to your Film Review. Using a specific, detailed name is recommended.
- In the Who section, selecting a project is required. Remember, anyone with access to this Film Review will be able to view it.
Finally,
There are a few save Options.
- Save and Stream: Use this option when needing to start streaming quickly - this will take you straight to the Film Review Dashboard.
- Save: Saves your Live Stream and returns you to the Asset page
- Save and New: a quick way to set up several film reviews at once
2) From Schedule - Create Film Review
This Film Review will be connected to a specific date and time.
- Find the date and existing calendar event. Hover over the event to get the details.
- If you do not have a calendar event ready, you'll need to create one first.
- Select Create Film Review
- We display the secondary filter so you can see who was already assigned to this calendar event and who can see the associated film review.
