What is an Organization Cover Photo?

An Organization Cover Photo is a default image that represents your organization and is automatically attached to all newly created projects. It is a landscape graphic that visually reinforces your brand and marketing.

This could be:

  • Your organization's logo
  • A sponsor banner
  • An announcement for your upcoming season
  • Anything else that captures the spirit of your organization

Once you set it, this cover photo automatically appears on all new projects. If you want a specific project to look different, you can upload a Project Cover Photo to override the Organization Cover Photo.

Example: the blue city skyline is the cover photo.

Why should I use an Organization Cover Photo?

An Organization Cover Photo saves you time and keeps your branding consistent.

By uploading the Organization Cover Photo once, every new project automatically carries your brand’s look and feel. Over time, this means fewer individual uploads and edits, resulting in a smoother and faster setup for every new show or event.

Where will my Organization's Cover Photo appear?

Your Organization Cover Photo will display on the Project Landing Page as the banner image above your project inside your box office. It also appears alongside your poster graphic when attendees purchase tickets.

What are the graphic specs for an Organization Cover Photo?

To make sure your cover photo displays correctly, design your graphic to these exact specifications:

  • Size: 1530px wide by 306px tall (21.25″ x 4.25″)
  • Resolution: 72 dpi
  • Format: JPEG

If you upload a file that’s too large or has a resolution higher than 72 dpi, our system will automatically resize it. That can lead to unexpected cropping or loss of quality. Sticking to these specs helps your graphics look their best.

Additional Best Design Practices

  • Keep important text or logos away from the very edges. This prevents them from getting cut off on different screen sizes.
  • Use high-contrast colors to make sure your text and images pop.
  • Stick with clear, bold graphics that still look good in smaller sizes.
  • Test your cover photo on both desktop and mobile to make sure your graphic is displaying properly.
  • Consider using your brand’s primary colors and fonts so that your projects always look cohesive.

How do I upload or change my Organization Cover Photo?

You must be an admin to upload an Organization Cover Photo.

  • Go to the Organization Menu (top left corner)
  • Choose your organization
  • Choose Preferences/Settings, then Options

  • Scroll down to Cover Photo
