2. Select Your Recipients
You’ll need to choose who the engagement will be sent to:
- Attendees: People who purchased a ticket to a past project or event.
- Participants: Logged-in CUR8 users.
Once you've selected a recipient type, a secondary filter will appear allowing even more granular control over who you'd like to send an engagement to.
Important: Only attendees and participants who have opted into receiving marketing emails will be eligible to receive your Engagement.
3. Check Available CUR8 Credits
- To send an engagement, you'll need CUR8 Credits.
- On the right side, you’ll see how many CUR8 credits are available.
- When you select a recipient type and apply any secondary filters, the number of recipients and the cost of the engagement will update accordingly.
Note: The credit box will turn red if your organization doesn’t have enough credits to send.
4. Engagement Details
- Engagement Title: This is for internal reference only, helping you keep track of your engagements.
- Engagement Subject: This subject line will appear in your recipients' inboxes.
-
Schedule: You can choose to send the engagement immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
- If an engagement is scheduled for a later time, you’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before it’s sent.
