Expired Checks
- After 90 days, hard checks issued by CUR8 are no longer valid.
- You should not attempt to deposit an expired check. Your bank may levy fees when the check is returned, and the reversed funds may cause your account to be overdrawn.
- When a check expires, CUR8 communication expired check information to the Organization's Billing Contact.
- The billing contact can be found under Preferences/Settings, then by selecting Billing and Banking.
- If no action is needed, such as updated mailing information, the check will automatically be reissued 1-2 weeks after expiration.
- Fees apply to reissue checks
Returned Checks
- When USPS returns a check as undeliverable, CUR8 will email the account administrator (under Billing/Banking) communicating check and mailing address information.
- The check will be reissued once CUR8 has received the updated address information.
- Fees apply to reissue checks
Check Not Delivered
- If you have yet to receive an expected check in the mail, please email support@cur8.com before 60 days after the scheduled arrival date. The check will be stopped and reissued at no cost.
- If CUR8 is notified of a mailing issue after 60 days, fees may be applied for each check reissued.
