CUR8 offers several reports to help streamline your organization's accounting and project management activities; reporting is offered at the organization, project, and project date levels.

Our reports are organized into four report categories.

  • Account-level reports
  • Project Specific Reports (accounting, seating reports, etc)
  • Date-specific reports
  • Project Management Reports

Overall Account Reports

Admins can view account reports by going to the organization menu, selecting your organization, and selecting Accounting. 

          Accounting Dashboard

          Project History Report (.CSV)

  • An overview of all project payouts.
  • This report is located at the bottom of the Accounting Dashboard.

          Donation Report (.CSV)

  • The Donation Report includes the donation date, donor’s full name, and email, making it easy to quickly contact your valuable supporters.

  • It also provides a detailed breakdown of each donation, including whether it was a donation, the donation fee (3.5% of the total amount), the Donation Check (payout), and the respective transaction number.

  • Only Organization Admins have access to the Donation Report.

          Tax Report (.CSV)

  • This report summarizes your organization's gross credit card sales, refunds, fees, chargebacks, and donations for a specific year.
  • Only Organization Admins have access to the Tax Report.

Project Specific Reports

Admins can view project reports by going to the project poster, selecting the hamburger menu in the lower left corner, and selecting the Reports menu.

         Ticket Price Summary (.CSV)

  • A breakdown of valid tickets issued per price point, both per performance and in total.
  • This does not include refunded or released tickets.

         Transaction Report (PDF)

A comprehensive list of a project's transactions, including transaction numbers, event dates, customer names with contact information, transaction details, ticket recipients, applied coupons (if any), total transaction amounts, and individual ticket prices.

          Ticket Detail Report (.CSV)

  • A chronological list of all ticket purchases, including seat assignments or ID numbers, ticket prices, transaction numbers, and more. 
  • This is a chronological list of all ticket purchases, including seat assignments or ID numbers, price paid per ticket, transaction number, etc.
  • While not sorted by performance date, the data can be organized further using a spreadsheet program like Excel or Numbers.

          Account Report (PDF)

  • A real-time accounting report summarizing the total funds received from your project's ticket sales.
  • It also reflects applied fees and project-reconciled payouts.

          Access Code Report

  • Streaming Projects Only
  • Displays individual access codes generated for your event, linked to each attendee, along with information on whether they accessed the event.

          Account Dashboard Visibility

  • If you see the dashboard, you have direct electronic deposits set up with Stripe and receive deposits into your account.
  • If you do not see the dashboard, you are on aggregate payments via hard check or electronic deposit.

Date-Specific Reports

Admins and Managers can view date-specific reports by hovering over the project poster, selecting Buy Tickets, Buy Stream, or Rent Video, and then clicking the hamburger menu next to each individual date.

          Get House Count (Pop Up)

  • Provides a quick view of ticket availability and house count of a single event date.
  • Displays the number of available seats, held seats, and total seats.                

          Event Seating Report (PDF)

  • A helpful report for managing at-door arrivals featuring a check-in column for manual tracking.
  • It lists all attendees for a specific event date and time, including their names, transaction numbers, seat assignments or IDs, and ticket prices.
  • The list is organized alphabetically by attendees’ last names.
  • Note: This report is similar to the Ticket Detail Report, but focuses exclusively on a single event date, providing a chronological list of all ticket purchases for that event.
