The Revenue Timeline is a visual snapshot of how your project is performing financially over time.
It is available on all ticketed projects, both in person and streaming, as well as Merchandise projects and Trip projects. The Revenue Timeline is not available on FlexPass projects.
How to View the Revenue Timeline
- Click your project poster to open the project landing page.
- Scroll down past Location and Project Staff.
- Select Revenue Timeline.
Permission Access: Only organization admins can view this feature.
What You Can See On the Revenue Timeline
Use the date selector to view revenue data across a custom time range or for a specific day.
Depending on the selected range, the Revenue Timeline may include:
- Quantity of Tickets sold
- Gross Ticket Sales
- FlexPasses Used
- Total Refunds Issued
- Net Revenue
Revenue Timeline Example:
Below is an example of what the Revenue Timeline may look like.
The date range is 12/01/2025 to 12/12/2025. This timeline represents two weeks of sales. On the left, under the timeline, you can see totals for this selected date range.
If there is no activity during the selected date range, you will see a message indicating that no data is available. This simply means there were no sales during that period.
Interactive Timeline
If you roll over a specific date in a range, you can see the Sales and Refunds for that specific date.
Need More Detailed Reporting?
The Revenue Timeline provides a simple, high-level visual overview of a project's revenue. It is designed for quick check-ins and trend visibility rather than detailed financial reporting.
If you need more comprehensive data, such as payout details, transaction-level breakdowns, or reconciliation exports, those reports are available per project and at the organization level in Accounting.
