Selling tickets to a carnival, haunted house, or Spring concert? Need to collect club fees, trip money, merchandise, or donations? CUR8 makes it fast, secure, and stress-free.

Each project in CUR8 acts as its own payment container, so you can manage tickets, fees, merchandise, or donations independently, no extra linking or complicated setup required.

Types of Payments You Can Collect

  • Tickets – General admission or reserved seating for any venue size.
  • Merchandise – Sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, programs, or other items. Example: Thespian Club T-Shirt Sales.
  • Fees – Collect club dues, activity fees, or other payments from students or participants.
  • Trips – Set up projects for school trips or special outings. You can choose to have full payments or set up payment plans by naming your prices accordingly.
  • Donations – Accept donations securely on behalf of your organization.

All payments are handled securely via credit card, making it easy for you and your community.

Setting Up a Non-Ticketed Project

You can have a payment project set up and receiving payments in just a few minutes.

  • Go to your main project landing page.

  • Click Create New Project.

  • Under Project Type, choose the type that best suits your needs:

    • Merchandise

    • Fees

    • Trip

  • Add pricing tiers if applicable.

Each project is independent, so you can track payments, manage sales, and communicate with participants efficiently.

  • Make sure to set active sales dates correctly and Save and Publish.

* For Donations, we provide a URL for the organization to use at any time. Donations are not per project.

Best Practices

  • Use clear naming conventions: Examples: “Fall Carnival 2025” or “Drama Club T-Shirt Sales.”

  • Organize by project type: Keeps payments and reporting clean and easy to understand.

  • Send reminders within CUR8: If your students, guardians, and community have joined, you can message them directly about upcoming events, unpaid fees, or new merchandise.

CUR8 Tip: Use the marketing QR code for each project to let people scan and purchase quickly, making payment completely paperless and seamless.
