How to View a Streaming Event
From your email inbox, open the email titled "CUR8 – Ticket Information."
This email includes your transaction number and a direct link to your stream.Under the event date, click the Watch Stream link.
This will take you straight to the event, you don't need to enter your access code.Alternatively, you can visit www.cur8.com/stream in an up-to-date browser and enter the Stream Access Code, which can be found in your email just below the Watch Stream link.

Can I access the stream from my electronic tickets?
Yes! There is a Watch Stream button on the electronic ticket.
How many devices does the access code support?
Each access code only works on one device at a time. If you share your code with others, the stream will be removed from the first device and transferred to the most recent one using the code.
I am not seeing my stream.
A few things to check:
Is your browser up to date? CUR8 is optimized for Google Chrome, and we recommend using it for the best experience.
If you’re watching a live stream or scheduled content, is the date and time on your ticket correct? Make sure the event is happening today, and that you're not too early; you won’t see anything if you arrive more than an hour before showtime.
If you're watching Video on Demand, are you within the available date range?
If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out to us via support@cur8.com or our Live Chat located in the Help button in the lower left corner.
Don't have a ticket yet?
Before accessing a streaming event, you'll need to purchase a ticket.
To do so:
-
Go to the organization producing the event
Go to www.cur8.com
Click Buy Tickets in the Upper Right corner
Then, search for the organization.
Find the event poster you want to watch.
Select Rent Stream and complete the purchase process.
You can either open the PDF provided after completing the transaction, or a confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase. Please hang on to that email, as you'll need it to access the stream.
