The choice to allow refunds or disable them is at the sole discretion of your organization. Refunds apply to all projects collectively—you cannot enable refunds for some projects while disabling them for others.
How to Enable/Disable Refunds
- Log into CUR8 and select the account main menu in the top left corner.
- Go to Preferences/Settings and select Options.
- Scroll down to the bottom to the Transaction Options Section
- Look for Allow Refunds.
- Choose Yes or No to allow or not allow refunds.
Please remember that your refund selection is global across all projects.
If Refunds Are Enabled for the Organization:
- Attendees can process their own refunds through the email they received containing their ticket packet.
- CUR8 staff can issue refunds upon request.
- Refunds apply only to the face value of the ticket—CUR8 fees are nonrefundable.
- If your organization chooses to refund CUR8 fees, the Organization will be responsible for those fees.
If Refunds Are Disabled for the Organization:
- Attendees cannot process their own refunds.
- CUR8 staff will not issue refunds.
- Only Admins can process refunds.
- Attendees asking CUR8 for a refund will be directed to contact your organization regarding refund requests.
