More Secure Login
The logging-in process for CUR8 looks a little different, as we've adjusted it to provide improved security and privacy. We're confident you're going to find it easier to use.
What is my User Name?
From now on, you won't use a username to login with CUR8.
- The first time you log in, you'll need to use the email address on your organization's ShowTix4U account. You do not need a username on CUR8 ever again.
- Don't remember the email on the ShowTix4U account? That's okay. Email us at support@cur8.com, schedule a call, or chat with us.
What is my password?
And - no more passwords!
- When you enter the email address on the account, a Login Code is sent to that email address.
- Enter the Login Code, and you'll be directed to your account. You should see any active projects (events) from ShowTix4U and your event history and data. Past events are now called Archived Projects.
Multiple Organizations
We are now offering several new tools and features, one of which is managing Multiple Organizations from a single account—no more logging in and out when you need to switch between Organizations. You can see multiple Organizations from one login and use one of our new tools, the Global Filter, to easily navigate between your Organizations.
Person Detail
It's possible that the email on the ShowTix4U account was a shared organization email. CUR8 is about building a community of unique users - so you now have your own profile called My Person Detail.
We highly encourage you to change a shared email address to your own—or, better yet, add your phone number. Your phone number and email address are private. Your information will not be shared or sold. No one in your organization can access your contact information, so rest assured, you won't get calls from attendees/patrons.
Permission Levels
You can have as many users as you want, and we now offer more granular control over what information is accessible with new Permission Levels. Not everyone in your organization needs administrative/financial access, but they may need to be able to help manage your projects or sell tickets - now, you can give them the right amount of access.
