Captioning can be added to Scheduled Content, but captioning would be "Burnt In" (always on). This means that captioning cannot be toggled on/off.

Scheduled Content Closed Captioning

CUR8 offers closed captioning services for Scheduled Content for $2.99 per video minute (one-time transcription fee). Our human transcribers ensure 99% accuracy.

  • If CUR8 creates your .srt file:
    Please allow us up to five business days to create and add closed captions to your video. Contact us for further instructions.

  • If you already have an .srt file:
    • Provide the .srt file at least 24 hours before your VOD goes live.
    • Send the file to our CUR8 team at support@cur8.com and include your organization name and project name in the email body.
    • This service is free.

Important Note: Your video content must be successfully uploaded before we can attach an .srt file.
