If CUR8 creates your .srt file:
Please allow us up to five business days to create and add closed captions to your video. Contact us for further instructions. -
If you already have an .srt file:
- Provide the .srt file at least 24 hours before your VOD goes live.
- Send the file to our CUR8 team at support@cur8.com and include your organization name and project name in the email body.
- This service is free.
Important Note: Your video content must be successfully uploaded before we can attach an .srt file.
