Updating a Person's Organization and Project Permissions

Use this chart to understand who can manage other's permissions.

The roles below can create or adjust permissions for the following:

For example, a ticketing manager cannot change a project manager's permission.

 

To view or manage Project level permissions for a single Project:

  • Start at the Project List view.
  • Hover over the Project's Poster and select the triple-line Project menu in the bottom left corner.
  • Select "Edit (Project Name)."
  • Directly under the project poster will be the Permission section for that project.
  • From here, an admin or a project manager can add people to grant project permissions or adjust existing permissions.
  • Remember to Save and Publish to store Permission Updates

Note: Admins will appear grayed out and cannot be deleted from a project.

 

To view or manage Account Permissions for an Organization:

  • Select the Organization Menu (triple lines) in the top left corner.
  • Choose the organization, then preferences/settings.
  • Select Account Permissions

  • Adjust a Person's Organization permissions from none to Admin or Project Creator.
  • Everyone in your Organization will appear in your Account Permissions
